Very disappointed! 10 days waiting for some specific raisins paying 15 euros and they sent other completely different ones. If I knew this, i would have bought them in the supermarket close to my home. I don't recommend this website! They could contact you and inform you that suddenly what you ask is not available.

I do not recommend this shop and even advise anyone to order any product. If you are reading this and you don't want to wait weeks for the products you already paid in advance.They don’t answer the phone or E-Mails...

Very bad service!! I ordered and payed my order one week ago, but I haven’t got the product, any delivery note and they even don’t reply for my lot messages!! I never had such a problem with other companies from Netherlands!! I don’t understand how such a company can work on the net when lot negative comments are about them! They just reply always their server problem for months to other customers as I can see and offer 5% discount from their next order!! I will check my rights in a legal way since it’s not OK that a company with such a service can be worked on the net without problem and take the customers’ money without further consequences!!!

Betaling en bestelling gedaan, factuur van Vitadvice ontvangen. Ik belde waar mijn bestelling bleef: Vitadvice beweert geen betaling te hebben ontvangen! Slechte service en onwelwillige medewerker die niet wil de uitzoeken hoe het zit met mijn betaling! Pas nadat ik deze review plaatste krreeg ik mijn geld teruggestort, Helaas zonder excuses van Vitadvice, Echt slechte service!

Sprechenden Menschen kann geholfen werden! Auch ich habe 9 Tage nach meiner Bestellung die Ware nicht erhalten, deshalb nur 4 Sterne, dann habe ich dort angerufen und nachgefragt woran es liegt. Die Dame war sehr sehr freundlich und hat sich sofort um mein Anliegen gekümmert und sich dafür entschuldigt. Aus irgendeinem Grund wurde es noch nicht verschickt. Nach meinem Anruf habe ich noch am selben Tag die Sendungsnummer erhalten und Zack am nächsten Tag kam mein Päckchen an Danke nochmal an den supernetten Kundenservice, der auch 1a Deutsch spricht
