Takes a long time to fill in damage report claim. Why so many questions !!!.....then the effort to send them the phone for inspection.... To be honest....when your phone breaks you need a new one immediately. So I cancled my account and just bought a new phone.

After the first damage I received a new phone (great!) but with a lot of errors, speaker mode is not working, fingerprint not working, sound is really bad when listening whatsapp voicemessages. I returned my phone 2 times, without any improvement.
Good insurance for cell phones
I needed to use my insurance to repair a phone that wasn't sold a lot causing repairs to take a while. Tulip kept me updated however very regularly making sure I knew what the status was every step of the way.
They find any reason to refuse your case if u lose your mobile.... it's bad company
