I bought a really nice bike today at that store. The gentleman helping me with choosing the bike was nice and patient. On my request he installed a different saddle in the bike, which was also nice. I got 4-months warranty on the bike and 2-years warranty on the lock chain I have purchased at the store as well. I am happy with my purchase and I am looking forward to using the bike for years.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. I've been to multiple places in Groningen to fix my bicycle but this will be my go-to place for anything related to bicycles. Great service, they won't charge or do anything extra without consulting you and they gave me a great bike for my wife for an excellent price. Went here to get a bike after Budget Bikes tried scamming me. Ster Fietsen is good. They sell bikes at proper prices and the service is also good.
