Terrific little spot in one of my favorite towns in The Netherlands. I've rented other properties from the owner in years past, and this is another good example of their fine management. The apartment is cozy, but not too small, and in a great location. Another nice bonus is the great art throughout the space. A very good choice for 1 to 4 people.

Stayed here for a week with my wife and 15 year old son. Lovely house, very close to town centre, but still quiet at night. Kitchen has everything you would need. Fast internet connection and Netflix provided. 2 bicycles provided, and city is very bicycle friendly. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Thanks Diet, for a lovely stay. We will be back again. We highly recommend Stay 19.
This is a great place to stay! Our host was flexible receiving us later than planned due to train delays, and received us very welcoming and kindly. Showed us around, gave us very useful tips of where to go and what to do, even after check in over WhatsApp. The house was very clean and has everything you need to have a great stay. The city center is a short walk, and there's plenty of really nice places around to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks, in case you prefer eating out.
Amazing Place to be in the Heart of Groningen - and Diet (the householder) has got a golden heart, too. No Problems with short changes in the check-out time and very Good smelling house! :-) Really recommandable, you also get tips where you can drink something etc. Keep up the Good work, Diet! (And sorry for the 3* review, it was a mistake) :-))
Awesome accommodation soooo cute and considering that it was so close to everything it was'nt noisy at all. Everything was so clean and a well epuipet and we was so happy with the extras like nice coffee , selection of tea's , the use of two bikes and Netflix. Definitely book it again ... Thanks Diet your place is the best
Een prima locatie tegen het centrum van de stad. Heel fijn om er een betaalbare parkeerplaats (op 5 min. lopen) bij te hebben. Restaurantjes en terrasjes om de hoek. Mooi huisje, netjes, schoon, goede bedden en goed voorzien (koffie, thee etc). Deur met cijfercode heel praktisch (ipv sleutels). Klein, prettig plaatsje met vrolijke stoeltjes voor de rokers. Hopelijk is de keffende hond van de buren niet al te jong meer... :) Maar dat was dan ook het enige minimale minpuntje.
Fraai volledig huis voor 1-4 personen, van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en vlakbij het centrum. Diet is prettig en helder in de communicatie en verzorgt het uitstekend. Aanrader!
Ook dit is weer een super plek van Overnachten in stijl. Lekker dicht bij de stad! Lief klein gezellig thuis.Alles aanwezig en dat de auto in een parkeergarage in de buurt kan staan is ook erg fijn. Komen zeker terug!
