There is two stages, a big and a small one. Both are well equipped with decent sound and light systems. There are two bars for each stage. The hallway and the staircase to the second floor that connect the entrance and the stages look nice and new. The place is almost worth 5 stars

The Simplon beds are like prison beds. The building is filthy, noisy and cold. The majority of the staff are ex criminals in a reintegration program. I don't personally have a problem with that at all but be very careful not to leave your phone or laptop unattended. Also make sure you keep your receipt when you pay for a room because sometimes staff members steal from the cash register but this only happens sometimes. If you like to smoke weed then Simplon is the place for you. Simplon has no problems with the consumption of weed, you can even buy it from the staff. If you don't want this then go somewhere else because it's impossible to get away from. It is not allowed to smoke, eat or drink in your hotel room. The showers are too hot.
Cozy and I like the fact that they have all kinds of events
Nice venue. Good live music, affordable beer.
