Just bought a solid couch from here, the salesman was very friendly and empathetic which was great. I do recommend scouting around the store to find something you like. If you're not sure, the sales staff are pretty well versed with the couches in store, and will help out.

We booked a visit to get an overview of the sofas available. We expressed clearly to the people on the floor that we are in an exploration phase with no intention of immediate purchase. The staff was very pushy, forcing us to close the sale even when we said no 5x. They were pressuring us to buy, lowering the initially ridiculously inflated price step by step... From 3000 all the way to 1500, and almost arguing that why we do not want to take such a good deal... Keep this in mind when going to visit

They do have a big selection of couches and sofas, and the price is not terribly high. The main dislike is the way we got hunted through the store by staff, I felt very uncomfortable and got the feeling we HAD to buy something even though we clearly stated that we were just browsing.

Really great experience. We ordered a couch and after few days we decided we want it slightly different. The staff was very helpful and helped us make the change. We were very indecisive. They gave us a lot of good tips and advice on which material is more suitable for our house. Keep an eye for the offers, they can give you a very good deal. Thanks Vince for all the support!

I don't like the pricing system they have. Things should cost what it costs. Here every item price is always: was 2300, now 1800. Even though the item has never been in store for 2300 and would cost about 1300 in every other store. You can always get a 50% discount. Stay strong and walk away if they don't give it to you. I'm happy with my couch. It seems worth the amount I paid for it. When you buy something you can get a loan item during production time for free. This is a great service. They don't however offer any kind of transportation service. Would be nice if you could buy it there or rent a trailer. Because of this they can price the couch for around 50 euro's cheaper. Keep that in mind when comparing to other store that offer free shipping. Also carrying a couch up the stairs can be a real pain with such a large item.

I wish I had seen those reviews before. I never regretted so much having bought something as with them. The customer service is horrible, the couches are uncomfortable, and the owner himself said that with the cheaper fabric the couch wouldn't last more than an year. Besides this, when we tried to cancel our order, one day after, they charged us 30% and said that we could sue them but we would have to pay anyway the 30%. Also the whole schema looks like a scan, the website does not have the prices and everything is in promotion and they really push you to buy on the spot, otherwise they say they remove the deal. Very unprofessional everything.

Couldn't agree more with the people here. The stuff is very pushy indeed. This guy wanted me to decide on the sofa in 10 minutes. He told me there is some vendor discount and it is ending tonight. You have to be quick else you'll lose it. I told him I need to send pictures to my mother but he was hell bent on me to pick the sofa then and there. I walked out and told him to take the vendors discount and shove it in your arse. Well I did not say it but I meant something like that.
