I had a good meal here and I would venture that it is the best Indonesian you can get with likely sourced local ingredients. Good price too
Great value for money, lovely food. Speaking English is hard here, so use your best Dutch. Additionally, ordering food from here for delivery tends to not be as nice. The restaurant is a much better experience.

Satay was super
Satehuis is a mix of fancy restaurant and a family-style restaurant. Here you can have a fine dining. The location is easy to find, close to the Groningen main station and to the city centre. I recommend the chicken sate which is tasteful.
