Finding accommodation in Groningen can be challenging. I have had many experiences on that, but the one with Rotsvast Groningen was definitely positive. The guys from the agency were extremely kind and helpful. Whenever I had a question, they answered me immediately. They are very kind and easygoing in person as well. It was the smoothest real estate experience I've ever had.

I am a tenant in an apartment under the umbrella of Rotvast, and I am very satisfied with their service. They are very friendly and professional, they made the start of the tenancy very smooth and easy, and they are there for any doubts that you might have. They are very reachable and amicable. We for example had questions about municipal taxes, yearly rent increases, and other subjects that as a student or as an international we did not know and they have always answered within the day, with a lot of kindness and patience. I definitely recommend it.
I have so far only had positive experiences with this rental agency, having rented through them for a year now. Communication is clear and they are very professional, even offering to come and check the property while I was away for a few weeks to ensure that everything was still secure and functioning when I came back. When I have needed a repair they have organised it promptly and sent a highly skilled person to do the repair.
Finding a house in Groningen is no easy task, especially when you are rather picky like myself and also a student (many renting companies either can't rent with or choose not to rent with students. Many outright ignored my emails simply because I was a student). Rotsvast offered a large range of houses (which can be viewed on their own personal website, saving you the trouble of using a 3rd party). They offer a range of houses from bare to completely furnished. I rented a fully furnished house (utilities included in the rent, which is a huge time saver and saves you from having to take out all the utilities yourself). The team worked professionally and acted quickly to respond to my questions. I mainly communicated with one person which was nice as it meant you didn't need to repeat yourself to multiple people. Overall, they worked very professionally and I would highly recommend this company to everyone. But especially to students and expats that wish to move to Groningen.
Have had a very positive experience with them. I felt like I was being taken seriously, despite having stupidly dumb questions. Very quick in responding to emails, as well as easy to talk to.
