I've been to this pharmacy today due to a cystitis. I normally purchase cranberry natural pills or some medical mild equivalent, I've lived in several countries and never struggled to get what I needed, as it's a pretty common condition, which can be treated naturally without a medical prescription. As a disclaimer, I do blame the language barrier a bit, as I was not able to communicate properly in Dutch with the pharmacist, the entire conversation occurred in English. Even though I usually appreciate Dutch straightforwardness, in this specific case, the pharmacist was just rude and unwilling to help. She said they had nothing for my condition, and complained about me repeating myself after I tried to explain to her that she probably misunderstood what I needed. Despite the great working hours and the centric position, this pharmacy should really invest in their employees-customers interaction, as Groningen is an international city, and not everyone is accustomed to the Dutch \take two paracetamol\ evergreen remedy to every problem in life.

Great place to pick up your medicine. They are reliable, friendly, and english speaking. They have most of the medicines available and are good with knowing about your prescriptions.
Quite busy like many others have said. The staff was friendly and knew their business. Service in English was not a problem, and the prices were bearable. I also like the opening hours of this place. It also does not take but a moment to walk here from the city centre.
