Terrible service, I came in to find a dupe for a MAC lipstick. The woman working there swatched literally two lipsticks on my hand, and they were not close to the shade that I brought with me. I told her that they’re a bit too orange for me, to which she almost screamed that I should just go to the MAC store then, and simply walked away from me lol. Gave it 2 stars because I feel sorry for her colleague, who was nicer and more helpful.

Not a very children friendly consultant or discrimination? Came with 2 kids 1&2 years old instead of advice to make our shopping quicker and satisfying consultant Linda ignored us. And when she finally came she was rude(if your children will brake the basket you need to pay, no photos allowed inside, if you take smth you need to put it back and etc. Do you have a problem?-she said. No help was offered. When we told her that she was being rude and we were not used to that approach-she said it’s okay and said good bye to our faces. Later on we saw her smiling and talking with every customer. Otherwise great shop!
Products are animal-friendly and affordable, quality is alright but not very longlasting. However, I've experienced unfriendly service a few times. I accidentally bumped into a stand which caused two tester products to fall (though they remained intact). I immediately apologized and was already putting them back, yet one of the employees told me in a snappy tone I needed to watch out with my bag so that I wouldn't bump things - even though I had already apologized. I told her it was an accident, to which she replied in an irritated tone that I still need to watch out. Then, wanted to throw a make-up wipe in the main bin which said employee held in hand. She then told me in a flat tone that there are also bins behind me, even though she was holding one herself? She had a bad attitude, that was a bummer.

Zeer onvriendelijk personeel!!! Manager die naar klanten schreeuwt achter haar kassa vandaan, haar personeel afsnauwt waar klanten bij staan, je word niet begroet bij binnenkomst. Ik kwam hier eerder graag maar deze vrouw gun in mijn centen niet!!!!
