I've used ING services for more than a year and it works well and fast. The only unpleasant thing was when they charged me for my 'free' student account for a few months because the assistant gave me wrong directions on how to prove my study status. However, the support team guided me to resolve this. However, note that to open a new account, you need to schedule an appointment at their office around 2-3 weeks in advance and then wait for a few letters that arrive within one week to activate everything.

Went to ING to open a bank account. A staff member came to me and asked me how she may help. I asked to open a bank account. She said I have to come on another day. “We have too many people.” I asked if I could make an appointment. “No, sorry you have to come on another day.” There’s no way I’m walking into a bank every day to see if they might have time for a customer. I walked to another bank to open a bank account. Very disappointing service from ING.
1 star bcs I could not open a bank account because of my greek ID. (Even though I didn't have any problem getting my bsn number from gemeente)
System is really bad. I deposited money and they did not get into my account. It is a big sum of money and they can't help . They said that I need to wait only for 10 working days to get a response. It is really horrible
Terrible experience- Every time I went here the staff was incompetent and told me they cannot help, but that I should call customer service instead. What is the point of having a physical bank if nothing can be done there? I'm not sure. I advise going to any bank other than this one.
