I liked how small and manageable this museum was. They had interesting displays. I especially liked the war expedition specific to Groningen. It felt extremely surreal. Would recommend :)

Very interesting architecture for a museum. They've always got interesting exhibitions on, especially the current Rolling Stones exhibition. Credit to the museum for providing free tickets to students studying in Groningen.
An amazing building inside as much as outside and always a lovely vibe. Great collection of the local art group De Ploeg of the 1920s

Eclectic colourful building. Beautiful museum with an extensive collection. Photography, paintings, silverwork, furniture... Mendini, Anton Corbijn, Inez van Lamsweerde, Werkman. A must visit when you are in town.
It has a good collection which includes some old Masters and price of admission is reasonable. I found the more contemporary works on display from 'de ploeg' to be quite forgettable. The other collections consisted of posters which were cute. I give four stars just based on emotion. No doubt art lovers will like it better.
Great little museum. Attractive architecture, beautifully arranged exhibits, great atmosphere and very friendly employees. Definitely worth a visit.
Nice exhibition, enjoyed our time.
