My experience reading the reviews -\u003e these guys get the job done but at much higher price. -\u003e they don’t mind if their customer is screw up. On positive side, Our bike was fixed & that went on time and so far so good. But it cost us twice the value we agreed with them. I would expect from a professional shop, to take a look at the bike and judge if it worth to spend so much on the bike. They could use their common sense for it & before replacing it ask us if we really want it. In urgency, go there. If not, save yourself spend half money and bad feeling & don’t go to them.

WOMEN for your safety do NOT go there!! I had a very violent experience at this shop. I was ripped off, blatantly lied to and then physically assaulted! I dropped off my bike to fix my flat (front) tire, then they charged me 26.5 euros for a 'new' tire even though it still has the 0.5 cm hole in it (see pic). When I asked them about it they said that they changed the back tire (which did not need changing) and when I pressed them on it, they run out of lies and so the owner of the shop, taking advantage of the fact that I was a woman alone, came from the back and physically kicked me and shut the door in my face yelling which country do you come from (racism anyone?!). TO AVOID AT ALL COST

I bought my bike here in 2017. I've previously never read the reviews until now, that I wanted to check their opening hours. I'm shocked by these low stars and reviews, as I've NEVER experienced ANYTHING like the people who put 1 star. I bought my second-hand bike for 150 euros here and today, two years later, it still works. Whenever I go there for any issues, they are fair to me and treat me extremely nice and honest. I did buy a bell that broke the next week. But, when I went back they gave me the new one for 50% off. If I go there and and to fix multiple things at once (tire, chain, lights), they try to give me a 'nice deal,' which I appreciate. Of course, had I read these reviews before, I would've never gone there. However, my experience with them for two years long has been extremely nice, professional and fair.

So I was already sceptical about this place, since the guy in line before me was talking about spokes in his back tire snapping on his newly purchased bike. The staff refused to even discuss repearing it for anything but the full (pretty high) price, even though he did buy it \brand new\. Pretty rude right?! Skip forward to me. I came in with a flat tire. Got it \fixed\. Put the bike away for use the next day. The next day the tire was as flat as when I had brought it in. Not just rude, but severely incompetent people work at this place. They lure you in with discounts for students (if you have the student card required), but having to pay twice means you might as well go to a place that doesn't give discount but at least try to do their actual job.

Bought a used bike for a reasonable price, seller threw in the chain lock for free. I got a flat tire the next day and they changed it for free, no questions asked. It's been over half a year, the bike I bought with them has been working great.
