Such a great shop and also the whole concept of selling used clothes.

The staff is not friendly or helpful at all. I brought brand new and very clean clothes there to sell. They told me that they will evaluate the clothes to check are they eligible to sell or not. And obviously they did not find sellable enough any of the items which I brought and this is not understandable for me. I called them to ask what is their criteria when they choose and instead of explaining they just told me i can check in their website. So, i do not recommend you to sell your clothes there, and but you can always go and buy of course, they have a wide variety of clothing.

Ik heb een aantal keren wat ingebracht, en ook wel wat verkocht. Echter, zelfs bij gloednieuwe spullen wordt er (25 - 30%) van de nieuwwaarde gehanteerd. Best vreemd. Inmiddels ben ik gestopt met inbrengen en verkoop ik mijn kleding via United Wardrobe en Marktplaats. Eigenlijk net zo gemakkelijk en ik houd er meer dan het dubbele aan over. Dat kan ik iedereen dan ook aanraden! Jammer, het concept is wel goed maar denk dat het beleid en de medewerkers de producten niet goed op waarde weten te schatten.
