All the negative comments here are totally true! If you looking for a good pharmacy that you can pick up your prescription on time and complete, then DON’T choose this pharmacy! Also, they are very rude and do not give the costumer sufficient information about the medication and they do not give clear answers to questions even. Moreover, you have to wait for days just to prepare your medication and then hours just to be able to pick it up. Their service very slow and they are careless. They gave me a wrong dose!

This is a clean and well spaced out pharmacy where the staff greet you by name. Their staff gave me plenty of advice about the Dutch healthcare system and even spent a good hour locating the Dutch equivalents of my UK prescribed medication. Their English speaking staff - a handy bonus- produce weekly dosset trays, order repeats and give good information about health matters. My assistance dog is welcome, and they can also deliver to your door. The adjoining doctor surgery is also highly rated, and useful in case off emergency. Just round the corner from 2 car parks is also a plus.

Quite slow and very rude.
Herhaalrecept komt 9/10 keer niet goed door. Nooit een excuses, altijd de schuld bij de klant leggen. Er is 1 medewerker die me elke keer weer met een rot gevoel de deur uit laat gaan. Zo niet klantvriendelijk! Ik ga overstappen naar een andere apotheek.
