I ordered a laptop about a month ago. The delivery would take approximately 3 weeks. I'm now in the 4th week, and having just called the customer service department I was informed that my model hasn't even been delivered to Amac by Apple! To add to this I have tried to contact the store (which should have been available for contact today) by telephone, but I repeatedly waited 5 minutes with the phone ringing, only to hear the line drop. The transparency and communication are poor. If there is a problem with my shipment, let me know!

Worst costumer service i ever experienced. I got told random informations guarantee the shop could not provide, I got screamed at by the shop manager, no international Profil as translating bills or having papers I needed to sign in english. Never again.

I brought my Mac there (Amac Groningen) after having problems with Catalina and wanted to downgrade it. Not only was I not informed it is potentially dangerous for the Mac, but I also had to pay a 50 euro fee upfront (which was after much debating refunded) but they also did not manage to downgrade the OS and on top of that they handed me back my Mac without an operational system, with only a black screen and a blinking question mark in the middle of the screen, because after uninstalling Catalina they were not able to install Mojave or Catalina back. The team was not trying to help, the only solution that they offered was to send it to some repair place which would have taken at minimum 4 weeks (according to them in best scenario), which is ridiculous and unacceptable proposal for a student in the middle of the semester. I do not recommend anyone to go there if they need something fixed or require assistance with their gadgets, it is more worth it to go to Amsterdam to either the headquarters or MicroFix (which were awesome people determined to help you, even staying an hour past opening time). The fix there was free and was done in 4 days.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I had an issue with the keyboard of macbook pro 2017. I gave my laptop to AMAC to fix this. After 5 weeks ( without updating me meanwhile ) they informed me that i can pick up my laptop. I picked it up and they said that it took 5 weeks because they damaged the screen and they had to replace it. However, i noticed that the laptop was wobbling, the case of the laptop was bended. So i gave it back to them to fix this problem. 1 week later they sent me an email that the laptop is ready. When i went to pick it up, the laptop was still wobbling and the case was still bended. So i gave it back to them AGAIN! to fix it. 1 week later again the informed that i can pick up my laptop. AGAIN! the laptop is still bended and it is still wobbling ( less than the first time, but still ). Now they refuse to take it back because they say that they can't do anything more. In a few words, the laptop is not how it was when i gave it to them because they damaged it and now they refuse to fix it.
