Meh, walked in to open an account. They tell me I need an appointment and it's best to make it by phone. So I spend 10mins on the phone and only get an appointment one week later. When I come back they need the original of a document of which I only have a copy. At that point I'm fed up and open an account with bunq which can be done online (not even needing that document at all) in a couple minutes.
Very good service. I had no trouble popping in and setting up a new bank account.
I visited the place personally and get some answers to my questions. I tried to ask more questions without going there, but I can never find their email address, and the phone calls were never answered. Then, I came to the Bank, and the manager in the lobby answered all my questions clearly.
They’re weird. First bank ever who doesn’t want to open saving account as soon as client walks-in. Pretty weird from business perspective as the bank business includes opening savings account and ABN amro asks you to come later and later to open the account!
