Vision and strategy The main objective of my company is to help (SAP)customers to prepare before the start of an implementation of an automated information system. The transition from legacy to a new information system is reflected in all layers of an organization. Especially the focus on the human factor is important to make an implementation a success. Before the start of an implementation, it is important to get commitment from management AND employees. The resistance against change is a natural human phenomenon and must be managed and monitored. Often the introduction of a new information system is used to force people to change. This resulted many times in a failed implementation.
