Excellent customer service! Provided recipes, suggested favourites and an overall stellar first experience that superceded our expectations. Especially clean under the current environment and great variety/selection of products with extremely knowledgable and passionate staff. Many more visits to come for our new found gem!

We normally visit Billingsgate for our fish but are currently shielding so that is not an option. So were delighted to find an alternative supplier that delivers. Obviously more expensive than Billingsgate, but the quality is first class and I didn't have to get up at 4 in the morning! Have so far sampled the fresh salmon and the Argentinian prawns and both were superb. Delivered as promised and very professionally prepared and packed, so happy days.....

I am giving 1 star because I don't have option for giving zero star. Very poor customer service and very rude. I agree the quality of fish is good but customer service is very poor. They just don't want to clean the fish or cut properly even after giving instructions and it happened 2 times . I was a regular customer but won't be anymore. The main issue is that I asked for the fish to be cut, scaled and cleaned. It was cleaned properly, still had scales and fins. In terms of cutting the fish, the they cut the fish into haphazard pieces and packed. Only found out when I got home. The staff are very rude. Short rude replies to any questions asked. Considering each time I buy a reasonable amount of fish, it is not how to treat customer. It has got worse over the last year. This experience wasn’t just with me but same with my wife and mother in law.
