Duscusting very poor people skills. Who ever or wherever your staff are trained needs to be trained on how to speak to people...I was discussed with one of your staffs attitude at lunch time today. Telling me to get my car registered...not a problem for me to do that, which I did...but your staff in the yard are arrogant with no people skills. Very poor

The council tip is well worth the visit, friendly staff, well organised and they make an effort

Not brilliant . I have a car that has fold down seats. Got told it's a van and I need to register it or I wont be allowed in again. He then asked my postcode and when I said DN41 he said who do you pay your council tax too ?? Then got told I should of gone to Immingham. Why ??as Healing is nearer to this one . Thank heavens I dont need to use the tip often.

Long queue upon arrival but it moved along quickly enough and the staff were friendly and helpful.
