The engineer arrived bang on time wearing a mask, was friendly and polite and was careful to follow social distancing at all times. I took him to the fridge/freezer and explained fully the symptoms of the fault - the freezer was defrosting while the fridge was icing up - and within a few minutes and without taking a tool from his bag he had diagnosed the problem. Jason advised me how best to remedy it - the appliance was in a very cold room which had confused the thermostat - and, having offered to reduce the previously agreed callout charge by 50% - departed after no more than 15 minutes all told. I immediately followed his advice and 24 hours later can testify to the fact that the appliance is now working properly. If you want a top quality refurbished appliance that is fully tested before it is sold. This is the place to go. They come with a three month warranty, but are as good as new, yet half the price of a new one. I am just now going to replace the washing machine I bought from there with a three month warranty, a little over ten years ago. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, staff.

After explaining fault conditions & possible cause, informed of call out charge. arranged visit & Explained to use back gate & utility room at back of mothers house, able to keep social distancing. When they came , they came to front door. Told to go around the back, then when testing went through cycles. Didn’t go to faulty cycle 60 degrees. informed mother it’s the circuit board & we don’t fix them, Could cost around 200. So unable to fix & charged 20 call out fee. Just wish you’d advised this on initial call, could have contacted possible company who can or will.
