Steve was so helpful in repairing our dryer. Spend so much time of his own time problem solving a complex issue but he went above and beyond to help and found the fault and fully repaired it. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
Turned up on time. Fixed fault in minutes and could have had us over to stay longer and charge more but he didn't. Very honest repair man. Excellent
Called out to fix my dryer, due to a faulty PCB part that can only be programmed by Hotpoint themselves it was unable to be fixed. That said the the guy gave good advice and wouldn't accept any payment for his time. He was really polite, would use again if needed. I highly recommend this company. Have used in the past and they were great value for money.
