Was in here today. Too many shoppers, no social distancing. Lots of people not wearing face coverings and families or groups, running amok kids too. Asda needs to get a grip here. Tannoy announcements need backing up by action. Very disappointed.

Visiting this place for the first time I can't believe how big this superstore actually is! You walk in to a massive clothing department and then it goes from there! I literally think you can buy everything here so I can't add any more! I do think the store would improve with customer service.. I was in cleethorpes on holiday and I had to ask directions for a couple of items and even the lady at the till could do with some lessons! My local superstore in pudsey Leeds could offer some tips they are all so nice! I did happen to notice a Tesco superstore next door... keep your customers and get some good customer service!

Not a bad place to shop staff are friendly and helpful when you talk to the right staff for the correct areas and some of the deals on are good too

Asda needs to sort out their store lighting as it has a terrible flicker issue which could trigger seizures in some people that has light sensitive epilepsy, this issue requires urgent attention before someone injures themselves because of the lights. Staff and customers gasbagging at doors blocking way through. Store light flicker of which caused me to have epileptic seizure, lights have had power issues since being fitted but nothing is being done about the problem. Boycott this store, it is Not Dementia Friendly... You do not have to be 65 or Over to have Dementia, there are a lot of people in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s with some form of Dementia. Store lights flicker which is no good for those that are light sensative, covid Marshall are just gabbin to each other at door but but walking around store, No one enforcing social distancing lately what so ever nore are they doing anything about panic buyers, had to have ago at someone at till as a woman was pushing up against my wife's back she may not have liked it me mouthing off at her but I'll protect my wife no matter what as she has Alzheimer's dementia. Enforce Social Distancing..

Visited at 9PM and there were trip hazards down pretty much every aisle. As seen in the pictures it's not like there were any staff down these aisles sorting. Luckily someone didn't trip and fall. Other than that staff helpful found everything I needed, plenty of parking.
