This was a very lucky find. Off the main road opposite a petrol station! Doesn't sound that inviting..... The food is amazing. Only for meat eaters. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The portions are huge and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant. I had steak, of course, which was cooked to perfection. I asked for blue and I got blue with a tasty blue cheese sauce.
The lunch was really good, the place is freshly renovated, and the attention to the details is visible! The location is not amazing giving directly on a main road. The personal is kind and fast in reacting to your needs. Just slightly pushy when insisting for aperitif or bottle of water. The meat is amazing for a price that is really reasonable. I strongly suggest it if you feel like a steak
Meat is good (as one would expect for a place called La Boucherie) but room is very noisy (why don't they turn off the stereo?) and the view over the busy street is miserable. Staff is very pushy to try to make you buy apéritif or wine. So go there for the meat.
Fantastic food with ok service. Don't bother with the desserts as the tiramisu was something entirely different from what a tiramisu should be.
Disappointing, false advertising : buffet à volonté chaque jour but told us only on weekdays when we sat down and ready to order.
