Before tonight, I thought this place was awesome. I didn't want to get burgers anywhere else. Tonight, the burger looked gross, just slopped together, and I upgraded to onion rings, got fries instead, the girl at the drive thru clearly hated her job (along with everyone else in the restaurant). I don't usually leave reviews, but they don't answer their phone, so they don't have to make their wrongs right i guess. So now I'll publicly say, take some pride in your restaurant and your jobs people, and stop screwing up. It's not like your food is cheap or anything. It's not like you were shorthanded, there were easily 15 people working in there that I could see. Someone needs to double check the bag before they hand them out the window. The worst thing about ordering food is having to sit there in your car, unloading a bag full of food, and make sure someone did their job right. Also, answer your phone! I was prepared to politely tell you that there were some mistakes with our order, but now you can read it here I guess.

I had the best experience here. I first ordered a regular double cheese and after stating my toppings the worker stated you sure? I asked what she recommended and she said the giant would hold your toppings. I let her order for me which included onion rings and a strawberry shake. Great food and the exceptional customer service will keep me coming back. Being from Chicago and only been in Dallas a year good food has been hard to come by but Griffs is my new burger joint.
Second visit as good as the first! Good homemade cooked hamburgers, fries and onion rings. The onion rings crisp to perfection!! I love it.
This is one of our go to places to grab food when we're too busy or unable to cook. Of the probably 100 times we've eaten here, they've only ever messed our order up once despite always being busy. The burgers are juicy and fresh, the price point is great for the amount of food you get, and they have the absolute best onion rings around. The drive thru line moves pretty quickly despite almost always being so long it obscures traffic, but it isn't super fast. The wait is worth it and even my impatient young kids are willing to sit in line for their burgers.
The line for the drive-thru was wrapped around the building but it went very quickly. The food was hot and delicious made just the way it was ordered.
