A guy came out to fix our aircon. He left and didn’t fix the problem. Had to call them back again and he came and realised he fixed the wrong thing. He charged us again for the 2nd call out even though it was his error. Never again will l be using their services. This is going back a few years ago but in their advertisement, l can see the guy who came out. So beware! He still works there!

Very happy with the level of customer service from Paul. My airconditioning broke just before Christmas and parts came in on Christmas Eve and someone was sent around at 4:30pm to fix it, it was very much appreciated
Fantastic service from the moment of enquiry to servicing after installation. Could not be happier with our whole house reverse cycle system. Paul and the team made the whole process seamless and were extremely efficient with the install.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Glad I rang around other companies to replace/repair my natural gas heater in a rental property in Griffith, 2 other quotes from Griffith companies came in over 1000 cheaper for exact product with better customer service and better delivery and installation rates. The manager Paul has the worst manner of all and seems to enjoy talking down to women.
Have dealt with Paul and the team at P&M Rossiters for a long time now and have always found them to be helpful, reliable and deliver exceptional service! The quality of their work is unbeatable! Keep up the good work!!
Extremely rude receptionist, still waiting on a simple phone call for a price on repair or replacement of air conditioner. So glad I called another company in Griffith..within a day have fixed our problem. My suggestion ..call the other aircon companies in Griffith before this one!
