First attempt to contact and met with this company today. Asking questions about delivery of a bed. Doctor requested on the 15th of Oct. I guess I asked too many questions. The lady asked if I wanted to go else where? Not good for business.

One of Griffin Healthcare “respiratory therapists” posted on Facebook that she believes that staying home, using a mask and wearing gloves during a pandemic is the worst thing we can do. I do not think this is the type of advice I want from a company which is supposed to be experts on respiratory health. I would be very weary using this company if this is the type of employee that they hire and medical advice they dispense. COVID IS A RESPIRATORY DISEASE!!.

Interactions have always been positive. Staff have conducted themselves in a professional manner, exhibiting excellent work ethic. The equipment specialist went out of his way to answer my questions, educate me on the latest equipment available and took the time to make sure that the decision I made was one I could be confident with.
I took my disabled husband to get his new filter and cushion for his c-pap and was appalled by the service received. The dial had broken on the machine and we were advised to bring it in so they could look at it because they have spare parts. The dark haired lady with glasses at the front desk was so rude and scolded my husband as if he were a child. “What happened, how did this happen, did you drop it”? It was her delivery that was so ugly and uncalled for! I didn’t say anything in the moment because I wanted to wait until we got our parts and machine back. I then told her exactly how I felt and her excuse was “I’m sorry, I was slammed”....umm there was one other person in the office??? I will NOT recommend this company to anyone! Go find yourself a new career not dealing with the public.
