This was my first experience with Chronic Jeep Ram Dealership. Thanks to Terry Roger's for making my experience the best experience that I've had in many many years when it comes to car shopping. Terry was there for me every step of the way. I left totally satisfied that I was treated with respect and total satisfaction. Terry is there for the customer. My wife and I were in contact with the dealership to buy a car. I arranged to come after work on Saturday 2-13-2021. Arrived and the salesman Kevin Taylor told me he sold the car in this morning. He claimed he did not have our number despite having a long text message conversation making arrangements for purchase of the car. After driving over an hour, check for the vehicle in hand and receiving shoulder shrugs and \I don't know\s we saved our time and left. If you're looking for a good ol bait and switch, poor customer service, hoping to catch a fresh case of COVID since no one wears makes inside, or just plain looking to waste your time and money, then these are your guys. This place is a joke, and the punchline is on the sales floor
