Report

I worked in the Griffin factory in December 2019 into 2020. Below is a gist of the bullying and misbehavior meted out by supervisory staff , faced by production staff on the floor. I request you to investigate the matter and take appropriate action. The incidents have deeply traumatized me and others of diverse nationalities. I am writing to you as I was not satisfied with the investigation done by Marton Recruitment. Ever since I started at Griffin on Dec 9th, some of the line managers have been very rude and unduly aggressive towards me. Yesterday, I eventually stood up for myself and spoke to the floor manager Dan. But he did not seem open to accepting the problems I have been caused, as he seemed to me he was trying to justify their behavior. Honestly, the last 2 months have been quite traumatizing for me, but I had no choice but to keep working to make bills. But yesterday, I had to speak out about the things that have happened, because likely the same managers will repeat their behavior with future newcomers, which I couldn't live with if I didn't speak up.
