What a find!! A gem of a pub, great selection of real ales, friendly chatty staff, roaring fires and dog friendly. And to top that The food was delicious! Best meal I’ve had out in ages (FYI.. pork chop with Stilton sauce. Yum!) I will be back! Wish I was local.
Excellent social distancing protocols in place. We had a lovely ploughmans lunch sitting outside in the garden as it was such a sunny day. Very friendly staff all wearing masks, very efficient service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
Great food especially the Gribble Chips and a lovely place, well worth a visit. Loved it and will definitely be going back soon.
Very good meal. It was a nice sunny day and we sat outside after the food. DOG FRIENDLY inside and out.
