Absolutely loved it here! The lady that served us was super helpful, chef was able to navigate around a dairy free meal for my daughter. Portions amazing, food tasted incredible and the service was super. The greyhound restaurant itself was inviting well presented and an all round enjoyable experience.

Very tasty stop in a lovely picturesque town. Some traditional grub, plus some interesting specials. Cosy atmosphere and warm and welcoming fireplace to enjoy with good company. Been a couple times, staff friendly and helpful.
Greyhound Inn sounds like a really good country pub, but unfortunately that's not what you get. The decor upstairs a bit confusing; they had one main light in the corner with the rest of the room with star lights on the ceiling which was dark. Some of the people in our party enjoyed the food and some didn't. But one thing can be expected is the big portions
The customer service we received was pretty poor barring one member of staff. Just wasn’t attentive or happy to serve. No one mentioned whether it was table service or not which left us waiting for a bit. For the amount of money you charge, I expect an all round great experience. The food was ok in the end but again, a lot of money for what it was. I had to return my steak as it was raw. The member of staff dealt with it really well.
Stopped off here for some late lunch after seeing the rave reviews on Google. Wheelchair friendly and fog friendly. The staff were very welcoming and eager to make sure we were well looked after. Great food, great venue, definitely worth checking out if you're in town!
