The staff and volunteers are damn professional, doing amazing work and have awesome knowledge and amazing empathy for all their furry friends there. The new ceo instead is kind of miserable.

Our Rhodesian Ridgeback Aristo is always happy to stay here and although he is always happy to leave and come home at the end of his stay, is always happy to return again. The staff are really friendly and what makes the biggest difference for me is the fact they are allowed to use their own bedding and basket. The prices are more than fair and the service very good indeed.
