BEEN TRYING TO RING THIS OFFICE OVER 50 TIMES THIS WEEK, I NEED MY DRIVING LICENCE FOR A HOLIDAY CAR RENTAL, POSTED IT OUT TO ME TWO DAYS LATER, AFTER SENDING AN E-MAIL AS THE PHONES WERE NOT IN USE, SUPERB.
My husband and I were married in Gretna two weeks ago at the Old Blacksmith. I wasn't aware we would not receive our marriage certificate on the day. Two weeks on, we are still waiting to receive the marriage certificate. Like many others that have reviewed this office, we've called a number of times, it just rings and no one answers!! We've sent them emails, no response from them!! Customer service is terrible, I would not recommend getting married in Gretna, due to the lack of response from the registration office!!
