Nice decor like a family living room style, the staff were friendly too. Menu has a short list of vegan, pasta, salad, beef, and salmon. They were all surprisingly delicious, for example, the home made pasta had its subtle texture only you can find in Northern Italy. The salmon was grilled on a thin cedar plank so the flavor stayed inside the fish meat. Price was excellent compared to most place in Pearl Districts. They also home bake local fruit pies. Must try if you are in the area.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. Wife and I went for the first time in spring of 2014. Service was on the spot. Courteous, friendly, professional. The food was freshly cooked, presented well and tasted professionally done. We have been back a few times now and each time never disappointed. Just remember this is not a fancy restaurant, just good service along with good food.
I brought the lady tonight for third Thursday. She ordered the ribs. I had the filet. They were very accommodating on changing a few of the sides for us. The meats were cooked perfectly to a nice tender bite. The drinks were good, great included salad and garlic bread. And all of it very reasonably priced Thanks Marks... Great evening
What a wonderful find! Delicious, delectable menu variety. There's beef, Bison, pork, seafood & seasonal specials. What makes these dishes distinct is that they are prepared with fresh & creative ingredients, herbs & scratch sauces......Wow! Huge differences than most mainstreamed popular restaurants I get so sick of. Please don't throw some more greasy cheese on top of my microwaved dinner. Comparable to downtown fine dining without the hefty prices and the cuisine is mouthwateringly fantastic. My palate was in heaven enjoying & savoring each bite but my soul was really pleased and surprised that I was actually eating such a feast of goodness. Haven't tasted anything that good in too long! Oh & don't forget the homemade garlic bread... Way to go Mark's Northwest! Btw....they have a delightful history to share about their place too. Come try it out for yourself!
We found Mark's Northwest Table while looking for something different for breakfast one Saturday morning. While we were the we saw a flyer advertising their Thanksgiving dinner and thought it would be nice for a change not to have the hassle of cooking and cleaning so took our out of town guests there to celebrate with us. Everything we had was really good, much like I remember growing up when each of my aunts would bring their famous specialty's over but even better! Not only is the food delicious but the staff is wonderful. They use locally sourced ingredients and the decor is warm and inviting, much as you might find at grandmas house. The servers were always there when you needed them but not when you didn't. Our Thanksgiving meal was so good I decided to give them my business for Valentines day and am glad I did. The cut of filet mignon was one of, if not the best, I've ever had. It really did just melt in my mouth! This place is a surprising find in an unlikely place, definitely the best food in Gresham hands down. The combination of great service, good food, inviting atmosphere and downright friendly owners put Mark's at the top of my all time favorites list!
Excellent fresh tasting food and great service. Definitely one of my new favorites in the area.
