First class service. Following an accident, Jim’s garage dispatched a recovery truck which arrived promptly. The driver was very helpful, quickly diagnosed the extent of the damage and advised us of options for pick up and next steps. We received a phone call to keep us updated and the driver dropped the vehicle off at a designated area the following day. Jim’s garage provided excellent customer service during a stressful time for us for which we are grateful
