Went in on Christmas Eve and the young gentleman was lovely. They had a great selection for such a small branch and everything tasted great. I would recommend checking opening times in advance though as much of the time I’m passing (mid to late afternoon) it’s usually closed.
Just visited to buy a warm snack ordered sausage roll and slice of pizza Got to the car realised I had been given 2 slices of pizza not 1 then bit into it to find it stone cold with hard cheese returned to explain it was cold and could it be warmed up? Reply :NO What a grumpy unhelpful woman, And clearly a younger staff member who got my order wrong from the off. Not the 1st time i have experienced rude staff at this Gregg's! Wont be using again
Yam & Jazz are always so helpful and always go above and beyond what they need to do to make customers happy! Always leave feeling so positive and happy. Such great service
