Good value for money, convenient location, some staff are pleasant, adequate choice of snax......come here quite often (as do some other very hungry flyers)
Looking for high end, first class, artisanal grade food for when you're on the go? I can't help you with that, but if you fancy a decently priced sandwich/roll and a steak-bake, Gregg's will sort you out. Coffee is decent too.
Worst customer service ever! I've walked into the shop today, had my mask on and I was standing on the circle that reminds us to keep our distance. I was near the door, one customer was standing 2m in front of me and two customers were at the till. As I was looking into the fridge and trying to decide what to spend my money on, a short lady started shouting at me from the back of the shop, telling me off for being the 4th person in the shop. We'll ignore the fact that I was adhering to the rules set out by the GOV, and I'll admit that I did not see the A4 paper on the door that said only 3 customers were allowed in the store. However I cannot ignore the way that lady spoke to me. I've ended up with the other 3 customers apologising on her behalf, as they felt uncomfortable as well.
