I have always been satisfied with the quality of your products and the service of staff over the years so thank you for that I really appreciate it. Since you have introduced \Just Eat\ the quality of product and excellent customer service has been lost. The staff can't cope and your ability to provide customers service and product availability isn't happening. I also believe giving priority to the \Just Eat\ drivers is an insult to your existing regular customers. Would it be better if you had a premises that was set up purely for the \Just Eat\ uses!? Please sort yourselves out!

Always one of my favourite places for a quick meal.
Website stated open at 831 am on a bank holiday Monday. On shift at work as a key worker , travelled to purchase a much needed coffee to find the shutter only half way up, staff inside but shop not opened as of yet ??
