Friendly service and consistent quality product
Often doesn't open on time in the mornings and when you complain the older staff just shrug and look totally disinterested. The customer service from the older staff members really is appalling and they could learn a few things from the younger girls that work there as they actually seem to try and be polite friendly and helpful. If you really hate your job that much that it makes you rude and miserable towards customers then maybe it is time to find another job!!
Always good food and very handy for a quick bite
Eat Bridgnorth Greggs every Saturday morning for breakfast and a coffee. Clean shop, friendly and pleasant staff. Manageress always willing to help! Customers complain but we all have our 'off days'. Mr and Mrs Clark
