After waiting outside for a staff member to finish her conversation with someone who was clearly a friend (without a mask!) I was invited in only for the person serving me to abandon this task and start a conversation with a colleague had just entered to start work leaving me for someone else to finish my order! .... Clearly working is interfering with the social lives of your staff! Poor customer service would be a compliment ️
