Extremely rude male member of staff decides to take whatever was bothering him out on me yesterday....why? Because I asked why he heated up the food of the customer in front of me but wouldn't heat up mine. He just barked at me when I queried what the difference was \She has a toasty\.....common sense tells you if it's policy NOT to heat up food for H&S reasons, surely that's applicable to ALL food. I sincerely hope he wasn't the manager because I'm sure he's not the kind of person HO want frontline, supposedly being an ambassador for their brand.

Really lovely staff. Even though my kids kept changing their minds. The eclairs went down a treat.
Crunchy warm sausage rolls on a lunch break.. lovely
The staff here are great (and I've witnessed them be on the receiving end of rude customers quite often) but they're always pleasant. And the food etc is always good.
