Your staff need training on how to deal with problem customers! I was waiting out side for over 20 minutes in the freezing cold as the two older ladies working there entertained 3 young kids! The workers were almost enjoying it as they lost multiple customers! The kids were trying to convince them that they were old enough to buy a can of red bull (even though you were obviously about 8) and instead of asking them to leave they laughed. The kids were simply messing around and taking advantage of the situation. You need to sort your staff out!

Wilkos is always good for bargains on every day goods like kitchen towels, shampoo etc. Excellent range of goods covering every season.
Who can resist a Gregg's. Good service and pleasant staff. Oh and of course yummy sausage rolls. (Meat not vegan )
