Ok...I understand we are all having to make changes it's a strange time for us all...went to Gregg's this morning 2 members of staff 2 customers serve one each...oh no both serve the same customer who could not decide what she wanted...if she wanted a drink or not and they both just stood there....eventually it was my turn to be served...I nearly lost the will to live...breakfast baget was awful cold sausage very very crisp bacon...come on Gregg's up your game ...

The member of staff who served yesterday was very rude, perhaps she was having a bad day, Ive been once before and was served by two ladies who were very nice. With out the experience yesterday I would have given a 5 star.
