Went in for a Christmas drink. Got a mint hot chocolate. Took the lid off and was only just over half a cup, also no mint in it whatsoever, tasted just like a normal hot chocolate. If I hadn't have already drove off and parking spaces were easy to find I'd have taken it back. Waste of money.

Okay, Greggs is basically traditional British food served in a fast food style. But it's all about the staff, isn't it? And the staff at this shop are a really great team. They are always friendly, flexible and helpful, happy to chat with and get to know their customers. What the decor lacks in up to the minute styling, the service makes up for in warmth.
