Just been into the Greggs near Mc Donalds and the staff were fantastic unlike Bell Vue Greggs. They were very helpful and assisted in every way. Thankyou.

Having a really awful day and visited the East Mall branch for a breakfast deal. I'm sorry I didn't get your name but would like to say thank you to the lovely woman that served me this morning. A totally unexpected gesture on your part and above and beyond excellent customer service. Helped to lift my spirits.
