Very hard to put into words how much I recommend Paul & Billy @ Greenwood Motors. Their service is the best of any dealership I’ve ever dealt with, by some distance. I was travelling from Ireland to purchase a 2015 C Class, and in the weeks leading me finally getting over to collect it, the guys were constantly available to answer every question I had and address every issue that came up (all issues were on my end!) When I finally got to see the car, it was exactly as described and in completely perfect condition. I was in a bit of a rush to make the ferry home, so both Paul & Billy worked together to get all paperwork sorted. Their showroom & office was welcoming, professional & extremely impressive. Such was my level of trust for these guys & their business, I happily paid for the majority of the car before even seeing it. Travelling from another country to buy a car can be quite daunting, so the most important thing for me was that I trusted the dealership I was dealing with. I most definitely had that with Greenwood Motors. I simply cannot recommend this company enough, they are the best in the business by a long way. I would happily discuss my recommendation further with anyone who is considering doing business with Greenwood Motors. Paul has been amazing throughout the process of buying our car from Greenwood Motors. He would ring to provide updates as promised and answered all our queries promptly. They even gave it a full service before we drove it away. It’s a fantastic garage and a fantastic car. Would highly recommend their services.

Paul was great, helping me trade in my old car for an Audi RS4 - even though this happened at the beginning of lockdown, Paul was able to help me through every step of the way making sure that I got an outstanding car! Paul went above and beyond in a difficult situation, his service was second to none!
