Greenwich Cycle Workshop - Bicycle Servicing and Repairs

I decided to give my 14 year old bike it's first service. I chose the Platinum service as It definitely needed it. A number of faulty parts were found, replaced and I got back an almost new bike. Fantastic value, professionally done, all parts at a great price and on time. I will go back there again and highly recommend this business to anyone, who needs their bike repaired or maintained.

I don't usually write reviews but after seeing the previous review I had to. I've been going to them for the last few years for servicing and repairs and always get fantastic treatment. Granted the turnaround isn't as fast as it used to be as they are much busier now but the quality of work remains and always helpful. People like to complain and moan when they don't get their way and should learn it isn't always about them. Have some patience. The most recent work they did for me was to add a rack and Ortlieb bags to my bike. I was given all the information and understood how to safely attach and use the bags etc. All done within a few hours. Again top service from these guys. Highly recommend. Happy New Year!

Having used the shop several times in the past and been very pleased, I asked that a gears problem be looked at. The gears were cleaned and tuned and a cycle ride today confirmed that the gears are much better. I also really appreciated Jamal taking the time to explain how I should maintain the gears going forward and how some of the gear components could be replaced at the lowest possible cost at some point given that they're nearing end of life. I recently had my bike serviced but it was still making weird noises under pressure. Turns out the bearing in the headset should have been replaced which was not done. The other shop couldn’t book me in again for another month! Called these guys up and although busy, they said to bring it in so they can have a look. Unfortunately on the day I brought the bke to them, they were extremely busy but they had a quick check and diagnosed the problem. I was told to bring it back on a different day. Took my bike in a few days later and the problem was sorted out the same day. Rusty bearings in headset!! They even took some pictures to show me. Now I know where to go for my bike repairs!
