Our heartfelt thanks from my co-writer James and I, and our publisher Sterling Gate Books, to the team at Deaf Umbrella for the promotional support they've extended to our top-rating, recent release mystery-thriller 'Silent Fear (A novel inspired by true crimes)'. They are excellent to deal with and extremely accommodating. We recommend them to anyone who may be considering using their highly professional services.

Attended the 'How To Be a CSW? Course last week at Deaf Umbrella and had a very enjoyable time with a small group of 7 and Sally the excellent, informed and experienced trainer. As an introduction to the role of a CSW this was an excellent start. Great resources and plenty of breaks with tea, coffee and biscuits to keep us all going. 3 days which were intense however delivered at a very relaxed pace it felt more like a conversation and group discussion than a course. Lovely friendly welcoming staff at DU I urge anyone interested in this job role to attend and find out more. The price of the course was not preventative and very competitively gauged. Job well done.

It is an understatement to say that working for Deaf Umbrella is a joy! Every day brings something different - new experiences, new challenges, new people. It is great to be part of a positive and enthusiastic team, doing a job that makes a different to peoples' lives. There are very few people who are lucky enough to say they love their job and really mean it - I am one of them!

I have worked for Deaf Umbrella for over a year. They do seem genuinely concerned to maintain standards and keep contact with staff. The office team work hard to make sure bookings are supplied with suitable CSWs.
