Be very careful. My house leaked every time it rained from the windows and doors. They sent shady undocumented workers to fix the problem which wasn’t ever fixed 100% they used materials that did not match the original walls, screens on the windows were damaged and never replaced. TOTAL RIP OFF. To top it off I found a notice stashed away that was never shown to me stating that some of the building materials emit formaldehyde which leads to a list of symptoms, I am now expecting a baby and having all sorts of symptoms, taking the notice to my doctor this week to further research how dangerous the living conditions in these homes truly are. DO not put a loved one in one of these homes. Customer service was terrible after the initial purchase. I would never recommend to anyone. I am stuck living in an unsafe environment. The ventilation is very poor. Shadiest place to buy a home unless you want to feel like your living in a toxic cardboard box. I am beyond disgusted at this point. And in case they try to claim this is a fake review my father James Locke purchased the home two years ago and I have all the documentation and we have made all payments on time. I feel like my dad truly was ripped off in trying to help me get a starter home. Just run away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Small mobile homes, all under 400 sqft. Construction seems mid to low end. Finished out better than you expect based on the exterior. They serve a purpose as long as your expectations are lower than stick built. I'm not sure what you could build in that size for the \u003c30k price point though.
The tiny house is functional but be careful! Make sure it is what you ordered before you have it sent to you. Mine was missing two windows and the outlet is not making good on this. I have been in email conversations for months and they do nothing! When your order is ready GO to the dealer and look at your product because if it leaves their yard it will not be fixable.
Me and my husband is thinking about having one of these tiny house built for my mother for she will be moving here to be closer but in her own space. Ms. Maria Coca went above and beyond to help us and make us fell welcomed on the phone and in person. Thank you Ms. Coca
