I love the people at Guilford Garden! They are considerate of their customers in these Covid times. Today I left my dog in the car where she coud see me. My purchase was accomplished quickly; I returned to my car with my package and a dog biscuit! Lovely!

This place charges a small amount more per plant than a Lowe's or Home Depot would, but the plants are so robust and healthy! They're a lovely little mom and pop garden shop that is friendly, covid 19 regulation conscious, and has live-in cats to boot. They're never batted an eye at answering any of my questions and always have time to stop and chat. I adore this place and I can't imagine getting plants anywhere else

I’ve come here a few times this year and it’s always a good experience. When I’m going on a plant adventure, I’m looking for two things. Healthy, reasonably priced plants and peace. This place has both so I enjoy checking out their selection Whenever I stop by. You never know what kind of plants you will find here but there’s always something good. I just got a bear paw fern last week and she is absolutely perfect. Helpful when answering my questions about the plant as I’m not an expert on ferns and usually stay away from them.

My wife and I were here yesterday (Sunday after Christmas) we spent almost an hour shopping and talking to the two people working and petting the two shop cats who were lounging around. The people working (I want to say Madison and Samantha) were both delightful to talk to and were both knowledgeable about the plants we had questions on. I also love the fact that their restroom are gender neutral! This subtle support of trans/queer rights makes me want to shop here all the more. Overall I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are in need of plants, garden supplies, or just want to pet 2 friendly cats, look no further that GGC.

This is a nice garden center with a good selection of plants, bulbs, shrubs, and trees including native plants. Indoor and outdoor sections. Parking may get crowded on weekends in peak planting season.
